A news show just brought up a story about a lady that bought a house a couple of years ago and now her payment has double... she is the idiot that did NOT get the fixed interest rate.. WHY do people get a flex rate, KNOWING that it will change.

Anyone that considers or settles for a flex interest rate when buying a house deserves what they get.

The story continues that she found a 'help' for the foreclosure, middle men, and she paid them 1500 a month to fix her problem, and wha la.. they scammed her.. AGAIN, SHE PUT HER SELF THERE... SHE IS THE IDIOT THAT SETTLED..
